Youssef Bahammi is a Senior Consultant in International Relations with the Halsten Enterprise, based in New York City, NY. From 2014 to 2016, he was in charge of supervising the development of the programs directory of the organization, and managing partnerships and creating projects with the United Nations and diverse markets and platforms. He previously served, as well, within the same enterprise as a program specialist, assisting mainly with the development and implementation of development plans incorporating ranges of strategies (i.e. annual appeals, major donors, grants, corporate and individual appeals). Youssef held before positions in the educational field in the United States, as a teacher in the states of Texas and Ohio.
In 2005, he interned at the French Department of State for Tourism in Paris within a mission of Territorial Development at the national level in France. Where he constructed a market study of 18 regions in France (in reference to the "Pays", Loi Voynet), after conducting interviews with elected officials and investors. He wrote a maintenance guide titled: "The indicators/conditions of rural tourism development in France's regions".
Education wise, he holds 2 masters degrees from France in Economic Development and Project Management.
